Greater Is He

I recently wrote this and wanted to share. 1 John 4:4 says Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world. People read scripture, but do they really understand the scripture that they are reading? Many have heard the scripture that says, "Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world." But have they really heard it and understood it? For me, it’s been a theme and pivotal to my growth. In this world, people know that the devil exists, but how many really know how much he exists and understand the capabilities of the devil? People read the Bible and they say there’s Jesus and there’s a devil, there’s a heaven and a hell, but they don’t really grasp how much influence the devil has. God's power is more mighty, but the devil has a lot of ways to work against us and a lot of it through his followers to come against us as Christians. So, the scripture Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world should be a major step that I believe everybody should take to heart and say every single day. To break this down; Greater is He…God is so great and He is greater than anything in the whole world and can do anything and can turn anything around. He can take the broken and make them new. He can break the chains and make you free. Greater is He that is in me… We can’t do things on our own. We need a greater power which is Jesus. Trying to do things on our own will cause us to fail. We have to focus on Jesus. Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world…Jesus is greater. He is greater than me and He’s the most powerful. He’s greater than the enemy, or anything in this world that can come against us. Isn’t that awesome! It’s an amazing thing to know we have someone greater who goes before us, who goes behind us, who goes everywhere with us, and He is greater than the devil or his followers. And we can find freedom knowing that Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world.

Thank you Jesus for being greater than anything. Thank you for allowing us to go from victim to victor from broken to set free because Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world!

I Saw Four Angels With Jesus

I saw a glow so big and so bright The room lit up with a heavenly light. I saw a figure robed in white With a gold crown, and smile, so perfect and right I was amazed at the presence of Jesus To enter the room to show a glimpse of his goodness. With all He allowed me to witness It was overwhelming and left me breathless.
